We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to issue a store credit that can be used at your leisure

We DO NOT offer returns on any sale items so please choose carefully
Damages and Issues
Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you recieve the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Online Returns & Exchanges:
* We do not refund for any reason. However we do offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind as we know it can be hard to buy from an image, we are always happy to help with any questions you have about the item you would love to purchase so please make CONTACT and we will help, no question is too hard. If the size you need to exchange for is no longer in stock we will issue a credit that can be used towards your next purchase.
* Items can only be exchanged once so please choose your exchange item carefully.
* Any goods returned must be done so WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving them, and must not be worn, soiled or damaged and with tags still attached. We reserve the right to not accept back any items that do not meet this requirement.
* Anything that needs re-posting due to incorrect sizing will be at the customers cost.
